Our Women’s Exercise Class provides an opportunity for ladies to get together and exercise in a safe, supportive environment. We understand that as we age, it can be harder to keep up with fitness goals. That’s why we’ve created an atmosphere of encouragement and motivation that will help you push through any physical limitations so that you can reach your fitness goals!
The Get Fit Class offers a wide variety of exercises including stretching, strength training, balance exercises, low-impact aerobic activities, and more. Participants will also learn about proper nutrition and dieting tips as well as safety guidelines when exercising. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities to socialize with other participants before or after class!
